Valentino Infante Keeps Moving Forward

December 15, 2017

In 2010, Valentino Infante and his brother co-founded a call center in Coral Springs, Florida, where they sold telecom packages. The experience was so positive, it led Valentino to get noticed by Memphis, Tennessee-based American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC), which is the parent organization that manages operations for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, considered one of the best in the world. Though he was hired as a bilingual representative for ALSAC, he has never had a plan to settle in that position.

Certainly, Valentino Infante has come a long way since his family relocated to the United States from the Canary Islands, Spain at the age of nine in 1995. That may be because he has followed family tradition. His parents were extremely hard-working business owners who tried hard to pass on that level of work ethic to both Valentino and his brother. As a boy, Valentino Infante was assigned and completed numerous projects for his parents, practically every every weekend and all summer long. By passing on their drive and teaching him to have a strong sense of ambition, there was no way he would settle for an entry level position with ALSAC. Instead, he has strived to give the organization all he has.

Valentino Infante was certain that getting in the door at such a wonderful organization, he would be able to move up the ladder quickly and do amazing things, which he has done so far. Within three years, he was promoted to the position of Senior Liaison and he plans to go a lot farther.

The ALSAC Career of Valentino Infante

It can certainly be said that Valentino Infante has come a long way since his family relocated to the United States from the Canary Islands, Spain back in 1995, when he was nine. However, as hard as it was, he has certainly followed family tradition. His parents were extremely hard-working business owners who tried hard to pass on a high level of work ethic to Valentino Infante and his brother and they seem to have succeeded. Back in 2010, the two Infante brothers co-founded a call center in Coral Springs, Florida, where they sold telecommunications packages to people all over the country. That business was a success, obviously, because it attracted the attention of some important people and changed his life.

Leaders with the American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC), located in Memphis, Tennessee took notice. They operate St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and they recruited Valentino Infante to work with them as a bilingual representative for outsourced operations. As impressed as they were with him, he has fallen in love with the organization and he is determined to move up the ALSAC ladder. In less than three years, he was promoted to the position of Senior Liaison and he plans to go a lot farther.

Over his time with ALSAC, Valentino Infante has gained a lot of praise from top leaders, primarily because he has continued to play an integral part in the organization. He also has been a leader with three different teams that have won One Vision awards. In addition, Valentino has been named to ALSAC’s Emerging leadership Team, and he has been named Business Partner of the Quarter.
